Equipment Overview

The equipment is primarily used for conducting air tightness tests on metro vehicle air springs. The air spring test bench consists of two parts: the mechanical frame and the control cabinet. The test bench utilizes imported pneumatic components, high-performance pressure sensors, and displacement sensors. Test data can be saved, queried, and printed. It is also used for vertical stiffness performance tests on rubber elastic products such as metro vehicle axle box springs and rubber stacks.
